Selling public domain and plr works as Kindle singles.
Juliana has a follow up question to last week's post on Selling Public Domain and PLR Products on Ebay. She wants to know if it's a great idea to use that same idea for publishing information products on Amazon as Kindle books. Sounds like a great idea right? Well it is until you read Amazon latest terms on publishing Kindle singles.
Unfortuantely for right now, Amazon has made it pretty clear that don't want "how to" books or public domain books. Probably for good reason, as they've received a lot of junk being published as Kindle ebooks.
If you listen to the show, you'll hear my solution around this. Hint- there is another way to publish "how to" info on Amazon without using Kindle Publishing.
Where to host membership videos.
Daniel is starting a membership site with training videos and wants to know the best service out there for hosting his videos. We discuss Screencast.com, and Amazon S3 and why we are huge fans of S3 especially when you're using this product.
Creating Landing Pages
Buck emailed last week and is wanting to create a landing page for his company's site and add it to his existing website in a subdirectory. We'll explain how he can do this and why we recommend this powerful new plugin for creating it.
WAV or MP3
Brian wants to know which format is best to go with when purchasing royalty free music clips from sites like MusicBakery and Pond5. We'll offer Brian our opinion of which works best for creating background music for video production.
Yes, we'll be tackling these questions and more with all the gusto of a linebacker trying to send Peyton Manning into early retirement. No hard feelings that's he's now a Bronco....(grrr.).
As always, thanks for listening each week, stay tuned for our upcoming blog posts, and have a great week!
