After completing her BSc in Management at the University of
Warwick in the UK, and a Master in Management at IE Business
School in Spain, Louise Delage is currently working as a Content
Associate at Insurtech Insights.


Insurtech Insights is Europes largest InsurTech event, which is
held in London for its second year, from the 20th to 21st of
March.


Remember the last Insurtech insights episode in 2023 where we
explored the exciting frontiers of digitalization? Last year we
were going through a cultural transformation within the industry,
insuring a good Customer Journey, became a top priority for
insurers. While we will continue down this path to strengthen
Partnerships between companies and customer, we also shift gears
to confront the challenges that stand in the way of a fully
digital future. We'll dissect the industry's biggest hurdles and
unveil ingenious solutions to overcome them. As Louise Delage
points out, Generative AI is one of the most important
developments for this year.
