20 years experience working for profit and non-profit
organisations, she partners with senior executives and teams to
co-create human-centric new work environments.


Through her diverse background spanning Europe, Asia, and South
America, she brings personal experiences and a global perspective
to her work.


Katerina holds an MSc in Organizational Development, Coaching,
and Supervision, and carries coaching certifications in
Conversational Intelligence and various Agile & New Way of
Working methodologies.
