What does leadership everywhere mean - why is it relevant? Why does
leadership everywhere depend on self-responsibility and
accountability? Why is it important to grow your mindset and
reflect on your image of humans before dealing with methods and
techniques? Leadership is a people's business, it's about
relationships, about how we perceive ourselves as human beings and
how we relate to others. This episode is about the fundamentals: TO
BE before TO DO. I share with you an orientation framework, a
mind-set model for leadership in the 21st century. I use both the
generic masculine and the generic feminine when speaking. I want to
equally address women and men and invite you to listen. I look
