Autonomy or consistency: How do you get both? - LEITWOLF Learnings October 2021

It's the beginning of November, which means: It's time again for
the LEITWOLF learnings of the month. „I don't get enough
freedom...", some employees complain and leave. „Mr. Homeister, we
would like to hand over more responsibility to our second level of
