Binary thinking can be found everywhere – regardless of industry or
organization. Julia Wester explains, that we tend to quickly choose
between two extremes, when we are confronted with decision-making.

consulting company in southern Sweden. She explains that exactly
this mechanism is a great challenge that we need to overcome to be

we gathered enough information instead of deciding on binary
