In this episode I talk about emotional eating: When we dont eat
because we feel hungry but for other reasons and we maybe even
dont know why and we cant stop or control it.
When food becomes a stress factor in our lives or a lot of our
thoughts revolve around food and the whole topic impacts our self
worth level: It’s time to act. That is NOT normal and you don’t
need to suffer from that. It also doesn’t mean you are not
disciplined enough.
I talk about 6 steps you need to look at when dealing with
emotional eating when you realize that you are suffering from
that and want to end this cycle.
