techniques that can accompany and support you in
probably any situation in life.
Being more aware when we breathe doesn't just mean more oxygen
and better health. When we breathe consciously we are also in
immediate awareness of ourselves. Thinking processes fade
into the background and through the breathing cycle we
perceive ourselves, we feel ourselves (again).
