Prof. Paul S. Rundquist is a former congressional operations
specialist. He worked for the Congressional Research Service of
the Library of Congress in Washington D.C. for some 30 years.


The conversation was recorded on March 3, 2020, at the GRASSI
Museum of Ethnology.
