John Nichols is the National Affairs correspondent for The
Nation, the oldest continuously published weekly magazine in the
United States, an associate editor for The Capital Times, and the
author of several books about the US presidency and impeachment.


They talked about his perspective on the Trump presidency, the
current media landscape in the US, the ongoing presidential
campaigns, and how covering these campaigns has changed over the
last decades.
