Christoph Haffner and Thomas Jenewein virtually met Karina Edmonds,
head of Academies and University Alliances at SAP. Prior to her new
role at SAP, Karina worked at the Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL)
in the field of technology transfer, under the Obama
administration, she joined the U.S. Department of Energy and for
Google, she started the university relations. In her new role at
SAP, Karina aims to strengthen SAP’s brand in the academic fields
of engineering and computer science and to amplify it to engage and
develop top talent and future leaders who are lifelong learners.
She sees herself as an advocate for promotion of science,
technology, engineering, and math (STEM) careers, especially for
