As a step towards KRY's mission to fast forward the future of
healthcare, we are launching in Germany this fall. In this
process we are confronted with the challenge of adapting our
service to a much less digital environment compared to Sweden. In
this session you will learn how we used service design methods to
approach the challenge of launching a digital product in
Germany's paper and fax-heavy healthcare reality.
