EP7/1: Coaching for a lifetime! feat. Ken Tyler, Olympic Coach and internationally successful Business Consultant

In Part 1 of this Episode I reconnect with one of the most
influential coaches during my 22 year professional career. Why?
Because now I understand the impact his believe in my abilities
as a young athlete of 18 years of age had on my development and
my international career. He did with me, what is perhaps the most
important thing a coach has to do with his athletes in order to
be successful and to have a real impact. He gave me the feeling
that he trusted me, that he believed in me and that alone is
worth so much more to any human being, but especially a young
person, than a coach who is  just teaching  the X's and
O's. This trust helped me perform at my best and to jumpstart a
special  career and an incredibly exiting
 journey. 


Being a Coach myself now, I know first hand how crucial it is to
stand up for your believes, to have integrity, and to be
authentic, amongst other elements, if you want to have an impact.


Trust- Believe - Faith - are words with deep
meaning and the power to transform any group into a winning team.
Igniting transformation is something my guest is very well known
for and therefore it has been a privilege to listen to listen and
learn from Ken Tyler, a person who dedicated almost his whole
life to building successful teams and assisting others in
achieving their goals.
