heliumTALK #20: Martin Nielsen (english Edition)

Last month Jörg went up to the NORTH artfair in Aalborg, Denmark.
heliumcowboy had a booth at the fair, but Jörg also took his
recording equipment with him to speak with Martin Nielson, one of
the most prestigious art collectors in Denmark. They met at
Martin's office, which is filled with art by mostly very famous
people from all around the world. He’s got impressive works by the
likes of TAL-R, Jonathan Meese, Georg Baselitz and many more. His
collection spans a huge variety of art and media, and also includes
graffiti and urban masters, for example painter El Mac or the
iconic Date Farmers. Jörg had the great priviledge of getting a
personal tour by Martin of the beautiful art that surrounds him in
two of is office buildings that afternoon, and you can feel his
deep passion in every corner of the rooms, because it is not just
about owning the art, but also about how you install and live with
it.
