Star bathing Meditation #036

This meditation came channeled through at the closing of our
"Move with All hat Is" monthly movement meditation. We all were
so enriched by it - that I decided to record it as well for all
my podcast listeners.





It is a guided imaginary journey, guiding you to bath in the
starlight of the universe laying on the warm summer earth whilst
encountering the universe within.





It is without music, so you can dive into the journeys frequency
without being carried & meanwhile limited by the frequency of
a meditation music. You are free to travel as far & wide as
you can by surfing your own frequencies.
