#43 Darkness Retreat: 5 Days & Nights in compelte darkness - my exerience

Who decides by free will to go into complete darkness? I did and
it was an amazing self-discovery journey full of meditation,
emotional rollercoaster and peace. Today I feel I can serve more
from the heart. In this episode I share my experiences, what a
Darkeness Retreat is, how the set up was and I also talk about my
biggest learnings.
