225 - Remote Leadership (EN): Marina Byezhanova, Brand of a Leader

Über Nacht vom florierenden Unternehmen zu null Kunden und keine
Perspektive mehr – das war die Situation bei Marina Byezhanova
Anfang 2020. In dieser Lage zweifelte sie an ihrer Identität und
ihrem Talent als Unternehmerin, verlor ihre Motivation. Um sich
besser zu fühlen, teilte sie ihre Sorgen authentisch auf Social
Media. Damit stieß sie eine völlig überraschende Welle an positiven
Reaktionen an. Diese eröffneten ihr unzählige neue wirtschaftliche
Möglichkeiten. Nach einer Weile entstand so das neue Unternehmen
„Brand of a Leader“. Wie die Geschichte weitergeht, erfahre ich in

auch von ihrer Neugründung, die Leadern dabei hilft, ihr eigenes

Overnight, from a thriving business to zero customers and no
prospects - that was the situation for Marina Byezhanova in early
