#042 Catherine Rey

Born and raised in France from both Spanish parents that had left
their home to find better opportunities. Her mum started to work
when she was 8 years old and never had a chance to go to school and
who became a housekeeper in a hotel in Germany. Her dad did a bit
more school but then refused to take over his parents' farm. This
is her DNA, this is part of who she is. Today, Catherine is a
successful leader in a large company. Her strong value of work
ethics and being grateful for what she has shines through when
talking to her. In our conversation Catherine talks passionately
about women finding their place - finding themselves. She is an
advocate for women helping each other and gives solid advice for
leaders in a crisis.
