#74: A source of infinite wisdom for millions of people

If anyone knows about how to find purpose und unleash the unique
potential of individuals, it is Nick Wiliams. Born in England, he
is the author of more than 18 internationally successful books
("The work we were born to do", "Powerful beyond measure", "How
to be inspired"), an inspiring speaker and, as both a coach &
mentor, has already advised numerous renowned companies such as
IKEA, BBC, Yahoo and McKinsey on leadership and purpose.


I read his book "The work we were born to do" for the first time
in 2010 and since then it has stuck with me. At the time, I vowed
to meet Nick in person one day. In 2014, at the celebration of my
50th birthday, my dream came true.


Almost 10 years have passed since our first meeting and in this
episode I enjoy the wise words of one of my great role models.


In our conversation, we talk about vocation, purpose and how we
can all simply leave a legacy: "As unique beings, create
something unique from the heart.”
