Julia Truffaut is a French yoga instructor, wellness coach,
expert in face yoga, acupressure, aromatherapy, and mother of two
girls. She teaches yoga in Paris as well as online and regularly
hosts yoga retreats in stunning locations in France.
In this episode we learn why yoga is so much more than physical
movement. Julia shares with us her personal story into the world
of yoga and how making a living of yoga has changed over the
years.
Self-compassion is one element that yoga has encouraged her to
develop within herself. This has led to her mission which is to
guide her students via yoga towards their inner voice, to help
them find calm within, and to support them to develop the
strength needed to fully blossom.
Self-care plays an important part in all of this. Yoga is a
practice that improves the connection we have with our body and
shows us what’s truly authentic to us, what our needs and
boundaries are. The most beautiful element is that all the
learning and benefits of a regular yoga practice spread into
one’s everyday life.
