Staffel 3 Episode 01: The Center for Integrated Breeding Research

The Center for Integrated Breeding
Research at the University of Göttingen aims to
bring together the expertise of plant and animal breeding and
forest genetics with findings from natural and social sciences in
order to establish an internationally visible position in this
field. Our student editor, Tabea Rinklake, interviewed its new
managing director Prof. Dr. Tim
Beissinger about current research projects, the
international master’s course „Integrated Plant and Animal
Breeding“ and the general aims of the center.
