Present to Future on Environment and Peace

How can we better combine efforts to protect nature and build
peace? Where should we put our energy, time and money if we really
want to make a difference? We speak to Hassan Mowlid Yasin,
vice-chairperson of the youth- led Somali Green Peace Association
and Somali focal point for the African Youth Initiative on Climate
Change for a view from the field. And we are joined by Ulrika
Åkesson, Lead Policy Specialist Environment and Climate Change and
Anna Åkerlund, Lead Policy Specialist Peace and Security from the
Swedish International Development Agency (Sida) for insights on how
to push forward this agenda at the international policy level.
