strategy to move from centralization to federalization, there
needs to be good collaboration between leaders and
speed-to-market over synergies to be successful. In these times
of exponential change, IT is the enabler. He outlines the
difficult decisions that need to be made to find the right
balance between providing a framework and the freedom to be
