After five years of studying and an internship, Caroline
Reid realizes that engineering wasn't for her. She wanted to do
something different with her career. Today, Caroline works as the
sustainability director for Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia
at Oatly.


In this interview, we speak about her professional path, her
personal strengths, necessary skills and her mission for a
plant-based revolution.
