#6: How leaving patterns and places behind changes your life. Talk with Victoria Taveras about changing continents and fighting anxiety

Hello everyone! I’m so excited to finally share with you this
special #ColorUpYourLifePodcast episode: it´s a little bit
different from the ones you have been listening to - it’s with my
AuPair Vicky and it’s in english. It is my aim to bring all kinds
of people in my podcast - make it diverse and provide variety (
e.g. topic, culture, country, age..). Vicky is a 20 year old girl
and comes from a different culture with a different background. She
is from the Dominican Republic and came to live in Mallorca after
dealing with anxiety and depression. All of this because of all the
struggles and changes she had to deal with starting at a very young
age. Now she is trying to find herself and spend more time focusing
on her well-being and she shares with you how the journey has been
so far. She also brings some inspiration, color and lightness to
the podcast and shares how she starten doing things with fear. In
