Nature as a dynamic Co-partner in Coaching

Catherine Gorham is an independent EMCC accredited coach (Senior
Practitioner) and supervisor, and leadership/change consultant,
working in English and German. Her coaching portfolio extends
from clients seeking high performance through to mental health
conversations. She specialises in psychological safety as a
leadership tool and is an accredited practitioner for the
Psychological Safety Index, supporting teams to benchmark their
journey towards deeper trust and dialogue.


Catherine’s passion for the natural world has led her to
integrate this into her practice; she delivers masterclasses and
specialist supervision for coaches, supervisors and therapists in
Nature as Dynamic Co-partner, working with nature as a mirror to
the internal landscape. Her book chapter on ‘Nature as Dynamic
Co-Partner in Group Supervision’ will be published in November
2021 in Coaching Supervision Groups: Resourcing Practitioners,
edited by Jo Birch.


Catherine has strong personal values – integrity, authenticity,
compassion and transparency – which are reflected in how she
meets her clients, whether that be face to face or virtually.
