Microanalysis of Coaching

Elfie J. Czerny & Dominik Godat are co-leading the Center for
Solution Focused Conversation & Leadership (Zentrum für

They have been coaching and training leaders, teams and
organisations for more than 15 years. With SF on Tour (Solution
Focus on Tour: www.sfontour.com) they travelled North America and
Europe for 2 1/2 years. In their SIMPLY FOCUS Podcast
(www.sfontour.com/simplyfocuspodcast) they have interviewed 100+
coaches and therapists about their practice.


Elfie & Dominik are passionate about bringing more meaningful
dialogues into the world. In the last few years they developed
integrated Microanalysis of Face-to-Face Dialogue concepts and
trainings that help to apply and optimize your coaching practice.

In 2018 Elfie & Dominik together with their daughter received
the Steve de Shazer memorial award of the SFBTA for innovations
in Solution Focused Brief Therapy. Dominik is board member of the
Solution Focused Brief Therapy Association SFBTA (www.sfbta.org).


Together with LBZ St. Anton they organise the Freiburger
ImpulsTage - the SOLWorldDACH 2022 - in May 2022 in Freiburg in
