"Challenge is the opportunity to do something extraordinary"

As an Ex-Goalkeeper Dragan knows everything what is happening in
the pool and as previous head coach of the canadian men's team he
know as well what is needed on the bench. But we talk in this
episode not so much about the past because there are so many other
interesting areas Dragan is working on right now. As the Executive
Director of the World Water Polo Coaches Association (WWPCA) he and
his team has mayor impact on the new rules but what nobody knows
that there are so much other not so good ideas on the table as
well. For him challenges are good situations to show that you can
do something extraordinary that nobody else can do.
