During our first international podcast episode we received many
very interesting and inspiring insights from Vjekoslav Kobeščak
(Head coach of Jug Dubrovnik). In addition to his insights into the
coaching routine of a champions league participant, Vjeko also
gives us his opinion on working with junior players in Croatia and
the direct connection to the senior teams. The work with young kids
and to work with targets is one of the most important things for
Vjeko to keep in mind for a longterm development of each athlet. I
