MFK VIBES 73 - Joey Chicago // 02.02.2018

Joey Chicago, born 1987 in West Germany, has already shown his
passion for music and deejaying at early ages. At the age of 15 he
made his dream came true and bought t urnt ables wit h t he money
he had earned with a holiday job. His first mixtapes contained a
lot of disco and house elements. After some years being a party DJ
he began producing his own tracks. His music was influenced by the
disco and filter house tracks from his early days as a DJ.Now,
about 10 years after his first mixtape have passed, he is touring
the whole country together with his label mate Skingz to bring
unique house music to the clubs. Among other locations he performed
at “Hexenhouse” in Bocholt, at “Discohouse is back” in Dinklage,at
"Limit Club" in Hameln,at "Cafe Europa" in Bielefeld and even in
the “Nightingale Lounge” in New York City (USA). On top of that he
is the resident DJ of the popular party series “Robotrock meets
Elektrofon” in Guetersloh. Also as a producer he has achieved a lot
in the past years.He has released tracks and remixes with labels
like Discogalaxy/Secret Service, A45, Kraak Records, Banging
Grooves, Bid Muzik,Nocturnal Records,Stardust Records and Groove
Traxx. His released were supported with remixes by Skingz, Agent St
ereo, DJ EQ, DJ RED, t he Phant oms Revenge and others.Since 2009
he has been running the successful underground house label “4Disco
Records” together with his friends Agent Stereo and Skingz.
