This first, fully in English recorded Power-Quest.cc-Podcast will

essential language. English teacher and Peak-Athlete Stefan Kawalla
spent 3 days of his Summer holidays 2011 in Peak-Country. He went
far beyond the Warrior-Diet- and training-systems of his coach
Jürgen Reis. Like shown on Jürgen's DVD Peak-Country, he trained
with coach Jürgen Reis and Lukas Fäßler. But how could he sustain
on A-days, covering 5 ½ hours of pure strength training (excluding
warmup, active recovery and prolonged setbreaks)? And what about a
consecutive B-day afterwards, including, by Stefan's wishes, a trip
on the mountain-bike, as well as a mountain-run AND a hard
weight-training session? Why is he the “Lord of the Rings”? All the
