The freshly awarded Michelin Star Chef gives insights about his
reinventing of Middle Eastern Cuisine, founding an entirly and
celebrated new style, the Modern Levantine Cuisine. Berlin played
a central role in this process because it was only in Berlin
where Gal rediscovered the spices and smells of the Levant thus
being the German Capital the trendiest place right now for Middle
Eastern Cuisine.
