In the first episode of our podcast we have dealt with the topic
of salutogenesis. In this context, we have also learned about the
so-called "generalized resistance resources" - factors that
everyone has at his or her disposal in order to cope with states
of tension and stress successfully. In order not to get sick by
stress, these resistance resources are extremely important for
us. However, they cannot be taken for granted and are not
infinitely available at any time – in order to be able to rely on
them during stress periods, we have to replenish them again and
again. One way to do this is by learning to relax consciously.
There are many possibilities and techniques – and everyone has to
find out for themselves which one suits them best. How can this
