Dr. Peter Sewing founded his company, Obermark, after an impressive
career in investment banking and private equity. Obermark buys and
holds mid-market companies that are strong in cash flow – without
the intention of ever selling them. This might sound like something
an evergreen private equity company might do – yet Dr. Sewing
insists that his company isn’t one.
