In this week's episode, I'm sharing with you one of my most
favorite meditations. This meditation helps you to feel a new and
deep kind of confidence in yourself that's grounded and gives you
a feeling of freedom at the same time. This meditation is divided
into two parts: First arriving in your body and then I'm guiding
you through a visualization that works with a belief that we all
had when we came to this world: I am enough. After this
meditation, you will feel it again and anchor it in your body.
The more you do this meditation the more you'll feel its effects.
So let's make this a firework of confidence!
