personalised guest journey. We discuss actionable steps for small,
independent hotels without a large budget to implement towards a
better use of guest data and personalised service. Welcome to our
mini-series about our learnings from 45 hotels visited in secret
throughout the Romandie (Vaud, Jura, Fribour and Nêuchatel). Our
