humor. Victor emphasizes that your ego is not your friend in life.
He sheds light on his approach to speaking, which is other-centric
and empathetic, always paying close attention to the audience's
reception. Victor's ultimate goal when hired to speak is to make
the person who hired him look good, not to focus solely on his own
success. What sets Victor apart is his understanding that it's not

speech. He believes in providing direct value to the audience by
