Listen, this is important if your loan will expire soon and you
will have an amount to be lock in, again. Then it might makes
sense to lock in a binding interest today. The contracts starts
to today, however, the new interest will start with the date the
old contract will expire on. This is on one hand a calulation, on
the other hand a personal expectation of the future interest
development.
