This is our Journey. Because LOVE.NEVER.FAILS. The first time that
I met you on the singing platform Smule almost 6 Years ago I knew,
that you’re a very special person Jessica. At that time I was
hopeful to meet you one day in person. Finally in Januar 2017 in
met you the first time in person and I adored you from the moment I
had you in my life. We always wanted to live that life that we were
dreaming of. We moved to Hawaii, got Married and created our
wonderful son Taavi. We weren’t aware of doing the right things and
it seemed like we were failing in our marriage. We still wanted to
try everything we can to make it work for our family. We went to
the family therapy session multiple times but we failed again. We
were frustrated, we argued about everything and things have just
gotten worse. On March 11th 2018 I decided to move to Portland on
my own. Looking back it probably was the worse decision of my life.
Although our marriage issues were so big, I should have found
another way to stay close by. As time passed by (8 Months) we
decided to get a divorce. We did not see a little light at the end
of the tunnel and I moved back to Germany. To know that I can’t
have my Wife and Son around me made me even more frustrated. I
didn’t know what to do. I moved back to Germany last year in
September without you and Taavi and started new projects and hoped
to ignore that we failed in our marriage. I realized very quickly
that this was not the right direction to go. This is the Crazy part
of the Story: All of a sudden you messaged me last year in October
and asked me how I was doing. That was your first personal message
to me in months. I felt overwhelmed. I called you that day and
we’ve been just crying and talking for almost 5 hours straight. We
have never stopped loving us and realized, if there’s a little
chance to make it work between us, we should give it a shot. AND WE
DID. We worked with our beliefs on our marriage EVERY. SINGLE. DAY.
because we knew that this is the right thing to do. After 9 Months
believing and working on our marriage we’ve finally come to a spot
full of love, harmony and trust. It was worth it to NOT GIVE UP.
NEVER GIVE UP. Everyone has to go through some family problems and
at the end of the day it’s worth it by not giving up. I always
thought that financial success is the most important thing to
accomplish in life, but I was wrong. You’ve shown me love, kindness
and believing in the right things. It’s not about how much money
you own or how to impress other people to look good. It’s not about
fantasy stories to look even better just because everybody does it
and it’s not important to be the most handsome person. What matters
is believing in the right things. It’s all about being the right
person. Love is patient and kind. Love is not jealous. It doesn’t
brag, doesn’t get puffed up, doesn’t behave indecently, doesn’t
look for its own interests, doesn’t become provoked. It doesn’t
keep account of the injury. It doesn’t rejoice over
unrighteousness, but rejoices with the truth. It bears all things
l, believes all things, endures all things. Simply:
LOVE.NEVER.FAILS. We also want to encourage other people with our
story because we believe that God created man and woman to stay
together. There are a lot of people from divorced parents, you
might be one of them. As a kid we love our parents and we want them
to stay together. That’s what matters in life.
