Mastering The Executive Transition feat. Navid Nazemian

Shahzeeb and Andreas try a new experiment. Two episodes released

transitions into new jobs and new companies. Navid shares some
risks and priorities you should consider, based on a lot of
evidence, including his own experience. They discuss the various
layers of transitions, and how to best handle some of the them
