Episode 14: Perspective from the US - My personal IBM journey

Scott Forstie, a star of the IBM scene, flew in from the US to
the POW3R conference in Würzburg with nine sessions in his
backpack. Looking back on a 33 years IBM career his focus is the
database, especially SQL, which for him is so much more than just
a database language. In this episode he is not only talking about
his IBM journey and passion for the technology but also gives us
some personal insides and provides inspiring messages for the
daily working life. Due to his experiences he shares some
learnings and his suggestions for managers, young employees and
just everyone interested in IBM i.
