#23 Acceptance is something we all lack more or less, especially
when it comes to our body. It is the first thing we see when we
look at ourselves and also the first thing we devalue. 


I know the feeling all too well of looking at myself in the
mirror and thinking, "that could be better" or "well, you could
loss some weight there." This is pure self-hate and anything but
love & acceptance. After all, we would never talk to our
loved ones like that, so why be so hard on ourselves?!
