#6 Meditation: Awaken Your Heart - Allow your soul to manifest through you

In this meditation I am going to guide you through the process of
awakening the energy center of your heart which has its own
frequency that is a carrier of information. If this powerful
energy center once is activated, it sets the tone for your entire
system: According to the energetic signature of harmony, love and
connection, your thoughts and feelings, even the cells of your
body, will synchronize to those vibrations coming directly from
your heart. This allows your system to reach a state of being in
which you are able to establish a conscious connection with your
soul. Give it a try and show up for your soul - it is waiting to
manifest through you in this world.
