Hochsensibilität und der Umgang mit Kritik #33

Hochsensible Personen haben häufig Mühe mit Kritik. Mühe mit
kritisiert werden, aber auch Mühe zu kritisieren.
Einerseits wollen wir niemanden verletzen und andererseits hallt
eine Kritik bei uns oft Tage- oder sogar Wochenlang nach. Ein
weiterer Punkt ist das grosse Harmoniebedürfnis, das uns lange
zurückhält Kritik auszusprechen. Doch ist es wirklich immer nur
die Hochsensibilität, die uns im Umgang mit Kritik
Schwierigkeiten bereitet?
