Warum Annahme so wichtig ist #32

Annahme ist ein wichtiges Thema und bringt viel Entspannung in
verschiedene Situationen.
Wegschauen, Gefühle ignorieren oder Ablenkung sind mittel- und
langfristig schädlich, denn das Leben wird dich dann einfach
lauter und wohl auch schmerzhafter an deine Themen
erinnern. 

Doch wie gelingt es uns, unsere Themen anzunehmen?
Dies erzähle ich dir an einem aktuellen Beispiel von mir.
Letzte Woche war bei mir das Thema Annahme nämlich sehr präsent.
