Letzte Woche habe ich über Gefühle gesprochen. Viele Menschen
können ihre Gefühle leider kaum noch wahrnehmen und schon gar
nicht wahrnehmen, was die Gefühle mitteilen möchten. Doch das
kann trainiert werden. In dieser Folge lade ich dich ein, deine
Gefühlswelt wieder besser kennen zu lernen. Denn unsere Gefühle
sind unsere Wegweiser und es ist so wichtig, dass wir sie endlich
wieder sehen und die Botschaft dahinter erkennen. Diese Folge
nimmt dich an die Hand auf dem Weg zurück zu dir uns zu deinem
inneren Kind.
