Life lessons from a long distance hiker - my friend the real life Sisyphus #13

Hello my friends! Welcome in 2023. We are starting the year with an
episode in English. We are joined by the wonderful Arthur Villa
DeSouza. He is a long distance hiker from Brazil and very good
friend of Michael. They both share some insights into the
friendship. You can expect to hear what makes the connection

Also Arthur is a very good storyteller and gives me a glimpse into
the magic off doing a hike that is taking weeks or even months to
finish. I have to admit I really love this episode. It’s full of
interesting and mindful lessons that everyone can apply to the
hustle of real life. At least that’s my opinion. I am very thankful
to have learned so much and I will definitely try to remind myself
to stay present in the moment and don’t focus so much on all the
distractions my head and life is offering me- or as Arthur puts it:
