Steven Alter on work systems and the work systems approach

Steven Alter has been developing the "Work Systems Approach" since
the early 1990s. In our conversation, he explains what he conceives
as work systems and gives an in-depth presentation of the Work
Systems Approach and its key components. We talk about his motives
to develop this approach and about its historical development.
