Compose Europe? But how?

"Victor Broers, a long-time Dutch friend, is currently working on a
European memorandum in the run-up to the European elections, for
which he is interviewing friends and acquaintances across Europe.
According to Broers, the discussion about the future of Europe
needs a new dynamic, more verve and a different language. Above
all, citizens need to be better heard in Europe. This is all very
related to how we think at the European Democracy Lab. That's why I
interviewed him for European Citizens Radio about his book project
and asked: how can we rewrite Europe?"
