Avianca in Chapter 11 - LifeMiles ticket a problem?

#103 - Avianca has filled for chapter 11in the U.S. Bankruptcy
Court for the Southern District of New York. No idea why they did
it in the US so. LifeMiles is a separate company, but where is
the value of a program that is not attractive t customers.

They are 65 millions short and fail to pay. A bail out or other
supports could not be secured.
